Return Policy: All sales are final.

Once a payment is processed, that payment and any associated fees are non-refundable to the buyer, and to KawaiiCutieCo.

We are not responsible if the customer damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours from the time the USPS tracking shows the package has been delivered, and provide a photo of the damaged item. We are not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.

If the wrong item was shipped to you in error, email us at [email protected].  Please put "wrong item received" in the subject line of your email, as this helps us to correct the error in a timely manner. Please send proof of your order, name and shipping info, and a photo of the items that you received.

IMPORTANT:

When completing shipping instructions during the check out process, you must include your FULL address.  PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE house/apt/unit/etc.

We are not responsible for insufficient and/or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries of any kind.
